POLYESTER VELVET

Polyester velvet is a type of fabric that combines the luxurious look, plush surface, distinctive sheen and traditional feel of velvet.

Qualities: CROWN, SHELDON, 9000, 9000HD, 9002, 999
Weight: 140–190 GSM
Uses: It is often used for soft furnishing, bedding, clothing, drapery.

Polyester Viscose velvet is a fabric that combines the blend of polyester and viscose fibres to create a durable and luxurious fabric.

Weight: 160–180 GSM
Uses: Commonly used for garments and home textiles like cushions and curtains.
Best suited for: Burnout velvet and crush velvet.

NYLON × VISCOSE

Nylon × Viscose velvet combines nylon, known for its strength and durability, with viscose, which adds a silky feel and draping qualities.

Weight: 160–180 GSM
Feel: Soft, luxurious hand feel.
Uses: Attractive for garments, blankets, cushions and other drapery.

COTTON VELVET

Cotton velvet is a type of velvet fabric made from cotton fibres. One of its advantages is its matte appearance compared to synthetic varieties.

Weight: 220–300 GSM
Benefits: Softness and durability.
Uses: A favourite for fashion and interior design projects.

COTTON × VISCOSE

The blend of cotton and viscose fibres gives this velvet the desired characteristics of both natural breathability and sheen.

Weight: 280–325 GSM
Benefits: Offers a versatile balance of comfort, durability and aesthetic appeal.
Uses: Widely used for curtains, jackets and sherwanis.

COTTON SLUB VELVET

Cotton slub velvet uses slub yarn combined with velvet to create a unique texture and an extra dimension, resulting in beautiful visual appeal.

Look: Unique textured surface with extra depth.
Feel: Retains the softness and plushness of traditional velvet.
Uses: Widely used for drapery, clothing, bedding and curtains.

ICE VELVET

Ice velvet refers to a unique type of velvet fabric with a smooth and glossy surface resembling the appearance of ice or frost.

Effect: Smooth, glossy surface with a shimmering effect.
Uses: Perfect for evening gowns and formal wear.
Also used for: Fashion accessories.

GOLD LINE VELVET

Gold Line velvet is created by weaving metallic yarn into other yarns, resulting in a shimmering effect.

Reactive Prints

Reactive prints are colourful prints created on viscose and cotton yarn. These prints are typically bright and developed in alkali medium, giving rich, wash-fast colour with a soft hand feel. Reactive prints are popular for soft, flowing clothing made of viscose yarn.

Printed

Disperse Prints

When printing on polyester yarn, disperse prints are created using acid-based colours. Although the printing medium is acidic, the process is controlled in neutral parameters and remains skin-friendly, delivering brilliant shades on polyester velvets.

Ideal for: Polyester garments, fashion fabrics and soft furnishing velvets

Series

Disperse–Reactive Series

In the Disperse–Reactive series, both yarns are printed using different dyes and processes, then balanced together to deliver tonal as well as contrasting colours in a single fabric. This combination is widely used in high-fashion garments, often paired with burnout or devoré.

Texture

Burnout / Brasso

Burnout, also known as Brasso or devoré, is a process where the design is printed using selective acids and then washed and finished to create an appliqué look on net. Burnouts are popular in solid dyes, reactive, disperse and pigment prints.

Effect: Appliqué look on net with sheer & opaque areas
Works with: Reactive, disperse, pigment & solid dye grounds
