In-house weaving (200+ looms) in a composite facility. Velvets are woven with double-layer techniques, using pile yarns to create the plush velvet texture.

After base velvet is woven, we add burnout (devoré), metallic highlights, or rich plains. Patterns are formed chemically or via yarn choice and finishing.

Fabrics undergo dyeing, printing or foil work, and finishing treatments. Hand-crafting plus machine finishing ensures each roll meets our quality criteria.
